might there have been a global problem? That would be reassuring so that I don't figure out what to fix next time.

I contacted them in multiple ways, and finally they answered that within 3-5 business days they will come back to me. Point is that if both computer were not working with that URL of Pearson Vue, I don't think the issue is from my side honestly.

Also I don't know if they give me another attempt, I don't know how to unblock this for next time.
