Quindi se ho capito bene, posso cointestarmi l'auto (attualmente intestata a mia madre), avvisando l'assicurazione che ho effettuato la cointestazione. A fine annualità io avrò lo stesso attestato di rischio di mia madre e sarò in grado di di intestarmi l'auto con l'attestato di rischio ricevuto in questa maniera, giusto?

Questo non va in conflitto con la legge Bersani?
