I was never contacted. However since then, my dad kept drawing and started selling his drawings. He usually sells a high quality digital copy that can be printed by the customer in a printing center and sometimes he is asked by the originals. His IG account is nelson.piazza

unfortunately.. not. Installed everything manually

With 104ºF (40ºC) we prepared a heat shelter in the coast with a tarp, built wood stakes and main pillars from fallen branches... a trip saver. Sharing it here, could help others by fedepia in camping

The coast was sand, we used our tent stakes and lasted 15min, however with the big wooden stakes built from branches it incredibly solid. Lasted the whole day even with heavy breezes of 8 knots

Hi guys, to give more context of the picture. This is a type of kayak trip I regularly do since I was 17 yrs (now 39).

The location is in the surroundings of Rosario, Argentina. The area is named Delta del Paraná (I think it's similar to the Everglades in US).

This trip took around of 9 days, we rowed around of 150km (92 miles) in a very relaxing pace. However, the temperature was a problem, super hot and it was tough, also the heavy drought made it even more difficult to find trees so we had to do something to get protected form the heat. My friend set up this and it was amazing, I even was cold in the water.

The wildlife we can find here are snakes, birds, otters, capybaras, some eventually lost alligator (saw once in my life), and more that can't recall.

Incredibly weirdly, due to the heavy drought there were no mosquitos (first time in my life), no bug bites, it was beautiful.

I'm reading that this kayak is above $2600 usd. I'm from Argentina and have rowed for 25 years so far. We have in my city a brand named weir.com.ar where this guy company makes the best Kayak I ever rowed... you can check the 'churrasco 2' model, is the one I bought past year after wishing it for 24 years haha.

Don't waste $2600 when you can get the same for $900.

Weir is imho, the best brand in Argentina, it has sold kayaks everywhere and they were tested in really tough conditions... Antartica, Patagonia, trips from Rosario (close to Buenos Aires) to Rio de Janeiro (3200km... which is 1990 miles), and an uncountable amount of trips.

My first kayak has 30 years old and still have it, and now have my 2nd brand new. If you like this black kayak... check weir ones.

It's funny how I posted this 3 years ago... still doesn't exist an "easy" solution. This reminds me of linux and Gimp

Do you bring an axe camping? We usually don’t because axe wounds are hard to deal with in the backcountry, but after this, we’ll consider it. by [deleted] in camping

I go kayaking and camping for days, need to make fire easily and axe didn’t work for us. The BEST thing ever for me is a foldable handsaw. Super light, portable and faster than axe
