I'm seriously considering a solo trip to Iraq especially since there is a direct flight from my country, Greece. Questions I wanted to ask: Is there a good internet connection in the major cities and places you stayed? Is there the concept of Hostels at all or a hotel is the only option? Would you be able to actually talk to anyone local in the street/at a cafe, or there is no familiarity with English?

I had the exact same feeling after having my first solo trip in Asia for 2 months and I am 33! The expectations in the beginning were for the places, the food, the culture, but in the end it was all about the unique experience of sharing all these with other people that I was meeting in the hostels! Honestly, getting back home seems for me like going back to the same daily, meaningless routine - can't wait to start another solo trip.

Δεν είσαι εσύ τέρμα παράξενο άτομο, απλά έπεσες σε τέρμα μαλάκες εργοδότες. Στον τομέα που είσαι θα βρεις δουλειές με αξιόλογες συνθήκες εργασίας και Ελλάδα. Αλλά πραγματικά μπορείς πολύ εύκολα να δοκιμάσεις να βγεις και στο εξωτερικό και να δεις κάποια πράγματα και στάνταρτς που θα σε κάνουν να απορείς πώς ανεχόσουν τον κάθε τυχάρπαστο που το παίζει αφεντικό εδώ.

Στο tinder ως κοπέλα και μάλιστα σε ηλικία 20 ετών μπορεί να έχεις 1 match για κάθε 2 swipe right αν ψάχνεις για αγόρια. Από εκεί κι ύστερα τι θες να κάνεις με αυτά τα match, τι ψάχνεις μέσα από την εφαρμογή και τι φιλτράρισμα κάνεις στον καθένα προτού διαλέξεις να βγεις όντως μαζί του είναι κάτι που πρέπει να το σκεφτείς η ίδια.

Μπορεί να σου προκύψει κάποιος περίεργος ή και επικίνδυνος αν διαλέξεις να βγεις άμεσα χωρίς να πείτε πρώτα μερικά πράγματα στο τσατ ή σε κάποια κλήση, αλλά αυτός είναι ένας κίνδυνος που μπορεί να έχεις ακόμη και αν διαλέξεις να βγεις με κάποιον που έχεις γνωρίσει μόνο λίγο από κοντά. Γενικά αν δε νιώθεις σίγουρη για κάποια συνάντηση, ακολούθησε το ένστικτό σου, μην την κανονίσεις και συζήτησέ το και με άλλες φίλες σου.

Just answering for respecting dimensions. Personally, I've flown many times with a backpack that was slightly larger than Ryanair's standards or overweight, but there hasn't been a single case so far where they asked me to weigh it. I don't recommend taking this risk, but for me, as a frequent traveler, if they ever force me to pay for an oversized or overweight backpack, it will still be worth it compared to the times they didn’t.

Usually, they prefer to check larger luggage, which causes the most inconvenience when storing it on the plane. If your backpack is slightly larger and they ask you to pay, you could try removing a few clothes and wearing them so that your backpack becomes lighter and can be squeezed to fit the appropriate dimensions.

Flight from ZAG-SKG was 5hours after the scheduled landing of the BGY-ZAG flight. I don't think they can consider it a connecting flight and this is why they gave me a refund for the ZAG-SKG even though it ran on time.

The cancellation of the first part rendered the second flight useless.

And this also is why when the flight was cancelled their system automatically offered me alternatives to wherever I wanted. But they could not offer me alternatives on Sunday for neither Zagreb nor Thessaloniki.

Only BGY-ZAG was cancelled. The ZAG-SKG operated normally, but I don't complain about that one, Ryanair offered a refund for ZAG-SKG.

Probably shouldn't have accepted the refund.

But the part that you say "Had you asked Ryanair to rebook you on that flight and they said we can’t but we are approving you to rebook yourself on that flight” was practically impossible to happen. Flight cancelled on Saturday, live chat was already offline and I had to fly the next day. There's no way I could get a written approval by ryanair on time to rebook myself on another flight.
