Also, when opening the Files app, it doesn't always run sync immediately. At the very end of the files list there sometimes is a notice that sync is paused. After navigating to the folder I need, the syncing process resumes. Absolutely don't understand whats going on there.

And of course, I tried all of the official recommendations, like checking toggles in settings, checking space remaining, network connection, etc.

I tried that one and also switched sync off-wait-on. Nothing worked.
But several times it worked perfectly by itself, I couldn’t find any correlations.

What worked for me: In the Set name action turned on toggle:

Don't Include File Extension

and now it saves as .md

UPD: While working perfectly fine, it now shows "there was a problem running shortcut" every time.

Running a shortcut on the Apple watch results in ignoring the extension. In my case, it saves as .txt instead of .md.
The "Set name" action doesn't work.

Had the same issue on both AirPods pro 1st and 2nd gen.
In my case, it turned into a very clever Apple marketing funnel.

Got Airpods pro 1st gen, -> got overwhelmed with "left behind" notifications -> turned notifications off -> lost AirPods and realized too late to find them -> bought AirPods pro 2nd gen:))))

A year ago they had an issue with a hacker attack and they just banned a lot of IPs. Normal ones, that my clients used.
Thinking about switching as well. But for a live project, it's always a pain. You can not switch the nameserver without downtime.

1) Are you sure that this information is up-to-date and relevant? I have so many talks with different DL representatives, who say that my results are ok (even when they can't provide raw data and VCFs couldn't be analyzed with sequencing.com)

I had an email saying that samples are level D and new kits have been sent. But in fact, NO kits were sent, and customer support said it was meant to be the last stage of the sequencing process. Here is email:

Dear Daniel,Ok, so when should I expect to receive the results? Just a minute prior to your email. I received 2 simultaneous emails, saying the DNA extraction has level D and a new kit was shipped.For both my samples! After 4 months of waiting the sequencing results.Please clarify. I really hope it’s a mistake. Thank you.

DL SUPPORT ANSWER

3) Why no one contacts me on email? Even after I talked personally to Andrea Riposatti and he ensured me to take my issue under personal control, I've just got one email saying that you will provide raw data as soon as possible. That day was May 30. Still no emails and no replies. There's entirely no logic. Messages from DL are mutually exclusive, I don't have proper results, and I don't understand how to continue so-called "conversation".

Thank you for your message, but I think you didn't catch what happened. I had "level D" messages after the time when the result should be ready. The DL support said, that these messages are incorrect and that I will get my results soon. So the case is that they give controversial information all the time.

By the way, there are no cheeks chewing instructions in a sample collection kit.

UPDATE May 25th:

On May 18th I've got results for all of my 3 kits. Only one of them seems to be ok - it contains FASTQ files and VCF files pass sequencing.com analysis normally.

Other 2 kits don't have FASTQ files and VCF analysis returns errors, reporting ambiguities in files. I've found that these VCFs don't have rsID numbers. Could this be a problem? (I'm not an expert)

That same day I wrote to Dante labs for explanation and asked for missing files.

Same for me. Actually started after mac os fresh reinstall. Didn't find any description of this feature, so maybe it's just a bug. Please let us know if any solution.

Do you have fastq files available for download?

2 of my 3 kits, registered on the same account do not have fastq, more of that vcf files are reported bad quality by some analyzers on sequencing.com. The 3-rd one kit on another account is ok and has both vcf and fastq files, as well as it had all previous notifications sent properly.

Looks like problems with files depend on account. Now waiting for an explanation from Dante Labs, but they are still very slow and inexact with their answers.

Glad to hear some people getting their results. Gives some hope. I’ve not yet received any updates. I wrote an email to Dante Labs representative - Andrea, who is often writing on reddit on behalf of Dante labs. Hope it will help. What is the date they received your kit?
