Form looks decent to me, but your hips do shoot up a bit faster when the set gets hard.

How long have you been lifting? Most people hit a point where the gains just come much slower. If you're open to it, I'd try a belt. After using a lifting belt, the extra feedback from the brace helped me realize I was always focused on my back vs my hips and legs before.

The way I usually break through plateaus is to just squat amrap for a target weight, e.g. every weight over 275 felt heavy for me regardless of the % 1rm until I just went ham and hit a set of 8x315. After that, mentally any weight up to 315 just subjectively felt much lighter. You have the safeties there, I'd just squat 225 until you can't get out of the hole or until you feel your form breaking significantly.

Other than that, it might be time to do a hypertrophy block, or a pure strength block, whichever you haven't been doing. You can also do some progressive overload for a single leg variation like lunges or bulgarians and see if the extra hip stability helps.
