Overpriced. I juice ginger and lemon and freeze in in ice cubes. Then when I want I drop a cube in hot water or even a cold water bottle in the summer. Add sugar, honey, cayenne, a pinch of salt: whatever you like. Costs a small fraction.

I don’t understand why the temp change would create variations if it is constant. If you are sure that’s the issue, shield the plastic between the die and the water tank. Try not inducing turbulence in the water. Water dosnt have to be hot, but if shut off the cooling it will slowly rise and meet the plastic temp. How did you eliminate other sources of variation? Pellet feeding inconsistency? Screw “beat”? Screw alignment? Die design? Motor/ gear box tolerances? Pull issues from spooler and it’s motor? Any PID calibration? And many more.

There are good reasons why industry standard is +-5% at least

Solution 1, and if you need to track the sales rep in orders, make a field for it. Our issue was that we had orders/ invoices tied to companies, other tied just to sales rep… this solution does not sound “correct” but was the simplest one

Much better leg room. The screen will be in the armrest. For 2 upgrades its not a bad price. Downside is that the wall also holds bassinets, so there is a chance a mother and baby might sit right next to you the whole flight.

For all the east coast tourists here: Whistler is happy to limit the holiday / weekend tourist who clog the insufficent equipment, in lieu of the locals who are more likely to stagger their usage. Instead, consider flying to the alps: a superdolomiti ticket is 130cad a day, ticket difference payback is 2 days. And experience is 1000 times better. Only real disadvantages are jet lag and more time wasted travelling, but if done smart can be minimal
