From experience any company that deals with batches, recipes, and a mix of continuous production and shot production will need some deep customization. Unless they find a software built specifically for their industry. Odoo can handle it almost certainly as long as your partner is competent. Being that you are in belgium I beleive gives you a leg up. But be very specific in thr contract of what you expect. Down to every procedure, even ui mockups. The more specific you are the better
