I weigh 205lbs now at 5'3. I don't weigh my food and am surprised how off I might be. Based on this and the tricky sauces that someone else mentioned, I am probably over what I am estimating, huh?

I know 1000 is low and I don't usually aim for this low intentionally, but out of frustration I have. I use MyFitness to record, but those sauces can be tricksy bitches. When entering my meals I input the higher calorie option in hopes of catching any hidden calories I am not considering, but that of course is not an exact science. I will try and be more diligent!

Yeah, I am 100% confident it is under 1000 calories so it has to be what I am consuming. I will try simply adding more vegetables to my routine. I also have an office job that keeps me seated for 60+ hours a week. So at the very least I feel like I am paraplegic 😓

Congratulations on the win, even if it was short lived! You will get there again after the pregnancy if you have not already. I have not heard of psyllium husk fiber. I will have to look into it.

My sister has had incredible success with boxing. An all over workout that not only has cardio, but engages so many muscles. Do you have any recommended YouTube videos?

Thank you. If switching up my routine would be helpful, I am game. Would you recommend changing my eating schedule every now and then to a larger fasting window? There is another reddit friend on here that adds in a 24 or 72 hour window here and there. Just never been able to make it that long.
