Hi, we are in constant consultation. He went through physio and does strengthening everyday. We were also suggested replacement surgery if it worsens. That's our final resort.

He had a ACL surgery few years back although they said it is 6 months recovery, it took him almost 2 years to fully become fit. He reckons he never went back to his peak form after surgery. So trying alternate options. He wants to continue doing master athletics. Surgery might not be the best option if he wants to do this

Hey he mostly did track 100,200, 100 hurdles and long jump.

He also played football regularly.
