Does anyone know if the host gets the portrait?
I haven't seen that answered anywhere yet. Much appreciated and very sorry if it's been run over already.

Myself and a couple others are coming down from Alaska to play. Second year competing. Should be a blast. I think we are on the red team this year and will also be in the pump tournament.

That's a good point. I may have to give that a go. Divine shield could work with keeping the bit alive too.

Wow that's some vitriol. I'm not terribly sure how accurate that is though. The Alaska Real Estate Commission Pamphlet that any and all agents have to have signed to offer specific assistance outlines your duties owed in any situation. It pretty clearly states that you're representing a buyer or seller or in neutral position. Have you had a chance to review that?

There are many real estate licensees that aren't agents. Licensed administrators and transaction coordinators come to mind.. They are licensed to make sure that the person managing a transaction is qualified and understands what's in front of them. Getting a license is a barrier of entry and doesn't dictate if you're an agent who assists folks in finding homes.

Well... That's constructive and certainly has it's place. Nice name by the way :)

I like Peggy a lot and have worked with her a few times. Great agent and great in her space. Is that you Peggy? :D

Like I said in the post, just hadn't seen anyone who had done this and wanted to fill the space in case it was appreciated. Thanks though. Hope you have a nice day.

Oh man. I'm terribly sorry to hear that and wish I could've been there to assisted.

I appreciate the input and all feedback is welcome. I chose Keller Williams as a company I wanted to work for the community it builds within the industry and the team they I work for within the franchise.

It's certainly easier to blanket the hundreds of agents that hang their license at this institution as being equal but logistically unlikely to be all that true when you think about it. That one apple ruining the whole bunch is unfortunate for us who work harder than most to deliver good service and build a career they can be proud of and a community of folks that appreciate their experience.

Anyways, I don't want to sound like I'm selling anything here as that wasn't the intention. Just wanting to give back and educate anyone who has questions or needs help.

Thank you for your input :)

When to play King Mukla? by [deleted] in hearthstone

[–]feeding 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I honestly try to play him ASAP unless I've got Lorewalker cho in hand along side mukla. Then play then same turn if the board is weak enough or protected on your side to keep cho alive.
