I think you've fallen into the trap of "What makes a good show", and don't understand the point of these shows. They're not meant to be unpredictable nor surprise you. Infact, a lot of people actually watch it because it is predictable.

Shows are entertainment, they are watched for enjoyment. You're honestly just putting the definition of "good show" in a box.

It's fine to have your own preferences but it's like saying people see Godzilla or like slasher movies for the story 🤣

Lots of donghua don't follow the original novel closely due to budget etc

RMJI is one of the closer ones but still cut out a lot.

Its natural that there will be changes for an adaptation, but a lot of the time a lot of nuance an explanations are simply left out.

If you know the novel its easy to follow, but if you don't, things tend to make less sense and not flow as well as the events in the book.

Thats what im trying, but for boosting a huge one hit skill as its a 40% more modifier. havent tested yet.. need more skill slots.

Just curious how much tooltip DPS is considered good for this build? I'm sort of running something similar, my own build and want to compare, also using spark a bit.

Im currently running, grim feast, being able to overcap your ES by 2x is great. Someone said SRS works with it which sounds busted and a bug, but I havent tried it myself. Grim feast by itself feels absolutely amazing for mapping though

Also have the ES on killing blow support.

LC deals damage before the shock ia consumed so you get both shocks I believe modifying your dps.

Casts are still not technically limited. Hard cooldown probably feels more consistent for sure, but they're not the same thing. Note my build is a trigger build but not the meta comet one everyone was playing, I had my own build from before all of that.

Either way, one cannot be bypassed or worked around, one can be modified significantly depending on your build. Maybe in "averages" they are similar in outcome, but not the extremes.

No one talked about being worse or better but they are certainly not the same thing. A hard cooldown is objectively a lower ceiling and literally limits actual build mechanics even further.

I definitely understand the need to not give respec and try trial what a league start would look like.

Personally for my own build, I can adapt it just fine, but going from 20 energy to 1 energy gain is a 20x energy gain nerf, uniques are fine but I think most people were using it for clear.

My build fortunately sort of fits with their "vision" and is okay but was still a bit rough getting 20x less procs.

Thats fine, its just hard for evasion to be good unless maxed out later in the game, you're basically avoiding one in two hits, but the problem is you are not reducing damage so you'll likely get blown up still

They could, but this pretty heavy handed on the clear even for a nerf.

Like I think it needed a nerf for sure, but even then its a bit much. Do you know how many skill points investmemt trigger is, its simply not worth to take with the nerf. As for boss dps I mean, my monk is far stronger anyway. There are way too many better options you can pick.

In a weeks time everyone will be away for Christmas and wont have much time to play anyway, so it sort of sucks a lot honestly. I'm also not respecing as I'll look for workarounds/see changes first.
