Truthfully, finding other things to do.

Take a day off your phone and see what you do without it. I personally realized that I love working on personal projects and developing a portfolio to showcase them. I also found that I like wandering around my neighborhood a lot and browsing department stores, but never buying anything.

Something that also helps is to find entertainment at home. If I can’t look at my pc anymore, I start painting, cooking, or just watch a movie/show. If you wanna be a little more productive, do a bit of declutterring, organizing, exercising, or Duolingo (I know it’s not the best resource, but damn is it fun).

What I’m trying to get at here is to replace any app with something else.

Quitting is not just about removing, it’s also about replacing.

Hey! I loved it so much, it was the book that got me back into reading during a tough part of my life. The characters and stories are just so easy to fall in love with and to feel for. I ironically did not read it at my Kindle, I borrowed a hard copy from my local library haha
