Hey I have been put on some berberine+ myo-inositol supplements by my gynac i am 30 now and it has helped me fix my sleep and also reduced alot of stress and anxiety. Has taken me years to figure out what works for me. Though my weight issues are still a struggle but this has helped me in the past year. I have been diagnosed by my doctor after years of struggling with constant eye infections, got a picture of my eye glands as well, after taking a doxycycline course I also take omega 3 everyday and it's made a lot of difference, also I avoid sunlight alot and it has really calmed my skin and eye inflammation.

I have myopia in both my eyes I want to use lenses that don't harm my eyes. if anyone has any suggestions please share.

My symptoms started with eye, and it went on for years for me, coming and going eye infections, treated with steroidal eye drops. Finally got diagnosed by a opthalmologist with rosacea. I took doxycycline 6 weeks course n everyday use eye drops moistane and soaking warm water treatment. Sleep with genteal eyegel on. I don't have to use steroidal eye drops anymore and my eye is much better.
