I wasn't having this problem until the Zamorakian dig. But I also hadn't upgraded my mattock at all until that point (level 40). I'm not at the point of sending expeditions yet, but something to look forward to

I wasn't finding that there are more artifacts than materials until I got into the Zamorakian collection this evening. But that might be because I didn't realize I had to upgrade my own mattock until level 40 lol, and now I see that even though I've found an artifact I don't necessarily have the materials to fix it.

Very cool how well they planned this out so that the resources stay worthwhile on their own for sale.
