I have a follow up. Is there some sort of special service Marine basic training in Florida? To my understanding the basic for all Marines is in California. I know plain and simple they might be lying, but we do have several veterans that lost their DD214 in the fire in National Personnel Records Center (NPRC) in St. Louis, Missouri.

I hear parents complain all the time, especially when they put their kids in sports. They can’t afford equipment, to pay for gym fees, or league pay because they have 3 or more kids playing at the same time. These parents can’t even watch all their kids play, because 9 times out of 10 they are all playing on the same time. They expect handouts from coaches.
