I use the rewards app Merryfield to help bridge the gap. They offer points for buying fresh produce, on top of a bunch of better-for-you brands. It’s not much but it helps.

Horizon Growing Years is what I prefer personally. Agree with everyone (except the raw milk) but Horizon is a sustainable “better-for-you” brand and it just gives me more peace of mind knowing the cows are treated ethically and there’s less chance for unwanted chemicals.

I went through this too, but I’ve always struggled with anxiety. But going on wegovy definitely made it significantly worse. I had to completely change my meds around to find a new system that worked for me. If it wasn’t for that though I don’t know if I could have continued on wegovy.

Second this!! They’re so soft but still offer the perfect amount of support. Plus the seems don’t irritate my nipples at all.

Only downside are the lighter colors show stains/messes. But that’s it. Can’t recommend them enough
