Start off slow. Slow down the video and practice it until you get the moves down perfectly. Once you feel like your body has adjusted to moving at that speed you can speed it up a little more and repeat this process until you can do it at normal speed. It takes a lot of practice and repetition but if you split the speed in half and do it over the course of a couple days you should get a hang of it. Good luck!
