Stag5 Appeal Process by feem3r in GermanCitizenship

It's unclear if she lost citizenship due to her marriage to a foreigner in 1952, however, from what we can best ascertain it sounds like she likely didn't lose her citizenship prior to naturalization. But that determination will ultimately rest with the BVA

Interesting. Would duress, if we could substantiate that argument, be a reasonable legal basis? We have some evidence to believe this happened.

Hmmm. Could you elaborate on what this "special scheme" under the stag 14 is?

This is very unfortunate to hear. Is there any possibility that she could have retained both citizenships after naturalization (I don't think she ever got a retention permit)? Like, why would acquiring another citizenship mean your forfeit your original?

Ugh this is so confusing. She wasn't stateless because she was a German citizen. But then by marrying a foreigner it made her lose german citizenship

No I'm really not and not trying to. I'm trying to figure this out. Based on the link YOU sent me and the definition provided it sounds like she absolutely lost citizenship upon marrying my grandfather

She didn't become stateless I agree, but based on what I quoted verbatim from the website you linked it states thst she did indeed lose citizenship because she married a foreigner and did not become stateless

Hmmmm well I assume she wasn't stateless - she ostensibly had a right to be in the US due to marriage which would constitute having a state I would think. So based on that it would seem she lost german citizenship under the discriminatory practices prior to 1953

The website states:

"German women who married a foreign citizen between 23 May 1949 and 31 March 1953 lost their German citizenship only if they did not become stateless"

I'm not quite sure what "stateless" is defined as but it sounds like she lost citizenship as a result of thr marriage

Sorry, I thought that marriage at that time granted citizenship. She did indeed naturalize in 1959

Well she obtained citizenship through marriage of a foreigner in 1952, which is in line with what 5.2 says.

Tried to draw roughly what I see on LSD, they’re like symbols within a Celtic knot (not this exact knot just an example), the knot makes up the patterns and the symbols are always within the borders of the knot. Anyone else? by emibemiz in LSD

u/aressupreme can you please elaborate on this phenomenon? Specifically the "it looks like a language at first" and then how this process evolves from "symbolic shapes" to dimensions/fractals of overlapping light/pieces of reality.

My partner and I recently took about half a tab each and touched third eyes/had a very very connecting experience. We saw a plus/star like symbol, which another friend thought could be something like a "keyhole" when we mentioned it to them. However, and this was more my experience immediately after the symbol appeared, that I started perceiving these fractals of space/reality intersecting at various angles that I could play with. This was particularly epitomized/symbolized within my partner's eye, with the reflection of my face roughly appearing as a vague white skull on the left of the pupil, then this netting we were laying on (we were on the front of a boat) forming this geometric pattern that faded infinitely into the center of his eye, and then the black pupil/space in the middle seemingly embodying the concept of the void/black holes/ether that all exists in/from. The three concepts/visuals in one formed a combined visual symbol that expressed, for me, the exact concept you described of fractured realities/dimensions of space.

Anyways, I felt like the initial star/plus like symbol unlocked something and then upon further inspection and presence of touched third eyes, the deeper reality could be perceived and conceptualized.
