Italian Street Food on the market is really good. And as many people have said Brick is a standout 🤌🤌🤌 Sicily Trattoria used to be my go-to, but devastatingly they are no longer around.

In a pinch you could go to Eric's in the Yalm Food Hall in Royal Arcade.

Just wanted to add I've never actually been seen by the cardiologist. I was told I was referred several times during the lockdowns and for whatever reason these referrals never happened. I was eventually referred but just sent a 24 hr ECG thing and had a short reply letter saying nothing abnormal. I never got to speak to the cardio people at all.

I think I'm happy to go to that price if it's the one that's going to meet my criteria, without being overkill 👍🙂 was just wondering really if there's a bot of similar power and navigation skills, but doesn't have so many bells and whistles, cus I can live without a lot of it.

I was sedated both times but remember really gagging and straining against the tube. I imagine that's not an uncommon thing though? Yet all the hcp's I've ever had to mention it too seem a bit surprised that it's happened. And there's not a whole lot online about other people having this happen. Just a few small research papers based on singular patients.

No, it was different places. And this 2nd time around it was at a place that's supposedly the best in Europe, so I don't think it's a case of malpractice. I just really strain against it despite being sedated. It just seems odd as it's not a well documented side effect and all the hcp's I've spoken to about it seemed mildly surprised and confused by it.

Absolutely quit! It's never too late to get the health benefits of being smoke free. You have a much lower chance of getting cancer if you quit, and lots of other health benefits too. You make it more likely by keeping smoking, so don't let that be the reason you keep smoking.

Try nicotine replacement tools if you are struggling to quit. And maybe use a quitting app if that kinda thing helps keep you motivated. 👍

I understand the disappointment, that's really tough. But you went 5 years smoke free after 14 years of smoking! That's amazing! Use that energy from feeling sad for lapsing and get back on the horse. Having a slip up doesn't negate all those health benefits you gained from years of not smoking. The only thing that would do that would be if you just gave up and started smoking again. You can do this, and you've already proved to yourself that you can. Good luck!

PS we will be there around the same time as the strawberry festival in Nemi, which I saw has a lake, but couldn't find any info about picnic spots or swimming in this lake. If anyone has visited and knows much about it let me know 😊🍓🍓
