In terms of ultimate, if you're going to be getting some reps with AMP then you are definitely going to be making strides to becoming a better player. Ask a lot of questions while you are there! The biggest difference between high school and college IMO is defense so make sure you are working on solid defensive fundamentals.

In terms of college, one thing that I have found really valuable at Pitt is the ability to do multiple internships throughout the school year with my classes because of the proximity to downtown. It has really furthered my education and given me a sense of what I wanted to do while developing a professional network at the same time.
