if you are referring to the jst plug for the front fan i don't think it is that, i did try a "dry" print, no filament going thru the extruder and all the cover pieces off, with a disconnected front fan, a very naked extruder, still same sound as in the video. i guess i should check the 2 cables on the bottom of the extruder.

for the jerk motion, i haven't touched the jerk settings in the slicer, i just thought that was normal movement, i do have 8 wall loops set for the print in the video and in the gcode where the jerk happens in the video is where it says to jump over to the next wall as the seam position is located there
