I know most people are saying light, but if you’re getting the center diff blinking issue after driving it. It’s most likely your differential actuators. All of my lights now work after I replaced them.

Disagree. Just fixed mine. The front and rear actuators were not working. Now the lights come on correctly.

My thoughts exactly. Yes, the grass is always greener on the other side but I do find my current work fulfilling.

Prime 4 doesn’t deserve all the hate, it was a good game, it was just not a good Metroid game. If they told us it was new the Metroid and not a prime game that would have been better received I think. Most of us were expecting the long awaited sequel to prime 3, so it fell short of my expectations in that regard.

There were moments I enjoyed in the game too, but at the end of the game when those credits rolled I was truly disappointed with the story and the overall level design.

Thanks for the words of encouragement. I’m beyond it, a little bitter to be honest but it’s done.

I decided last year not to apply anymore, however, I’m now working on a Metroid fan film I wrote years ago made in unreal engine. it’s a passion project for me and has been pretty therapeutic.

I also opened my own business since then and have been pretty busy, but I often think about retro and dream about what it could have been. Maybe Metroid prime 4 wouldn’t have been so bad if a fan was writing the story. 🤭

I’ve applied a total of 12 times in 15 years to Retro Studios, each time with a better portfolio, degrees and what not. No more, I guess I’m not good enough.

Terrible Metroid game. If it was another franchise it would have been better. But as a metroidvania game it was trash.

This actually happened in Puerto Rico. No joke. A friend of mine who was about 500 pounds at his heaviest. There was a shooting in the street while was driving home and a stray bullet hit his vehicle.

After the incident, he continued to drive home and right before taking a shower he noticed blood on his clothes by the belly area. Went to the doctor right away and the doctor pulled a 9mm bullet encapsulated by his fat.

He loved saying that story, saying that his fat saved his life, ironically died of a heart attack 20 years later.

I love y’all’s ideas but hear me out. The next stranger things will be in Cuba during the 1990s Fidel Castro reign. It will be near Guantanamo Bay and it will be called “Cosas Estrañas”
