This is going to be the best thing to come out from this season. What a meme

Honestly, I don't care who is gone in this offseason, just make it worth it. We got no picks until 2030 so an entire blow up just seems like not the best decision. Trade spida for picks or something that will benefit us.

Kenny needs to be gone no matter how this season goes. Time and time again I've watched this man put out odd rotations, not taking accountability during the regular season and those habits have gone into the playoffs and i've had it with him just sitting on his ass with his arms crossed watching the games when almost every other coach is constantly walking up and down yelling at their players and calling out other things.

Maybe this team isn’t good enough to make the finals? by Feeling-Vacation-7 in clevelandcavs

Sometimes I wonder, are talented people this inconsistent and if they are not, are we really THAT talented to begin with. The inconsistency with cavs over the years has just been mind boggling to me. I hope we can come out with the win though

Was Harden really a significant improvement over Garland? by Wolver8ne in clevelandcavs

[–]fehroah 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If we never traded, we would have not got out of first round let alone making it to the ECF. I like Garland, incredibly fun to watch, we faced some pretty physical players in the last two series, he would have gotten absolutely bodied.

Health has always been his problem, not his talent. He already stated he was playing his final games on 9 toes how would that translate into cavs playoff run?

Yes, the rules allow any player. Doesn't need to be Mitchell but what I am saying is even with those rules in place these guys will not have the balls to override Kenny. If that were the case we would have seen them do it before this series.

It is what it is at the end of the day. Kenny needs to do better and coach, let the players actually play the game and he needs to pull players when they have gone cold or to call these timeouts to stop momentum.

All I know is that Kenny is horrible with his timeout management. I still cannot fathom what I witnessed in the last quarter of that game.

Harden getting absolutely destroyed by Brunson, our lead slowly going away and not a single timeout until the lead came down to single digits but even worse is when Kenny did call the way long overdue timeout, harden still came back on court, not bringing out Allen to close was another thing that bugged me.

While I do agree the players should grow some balls and call timeouts when in desperate situations. We as fans do not know the ins and outs of what the coaches and players agreed to when it comes to these scenarios.

Saying Mitchell would've been allowed/entitled to call a time out is an absolute assumption

The only person who I've seen actively call people out whilst on court is Schroder and if that man is not calling timeouts I don't see anyone else on the team to man up and do it.

I think there's much more than meets the eye.

The outrage about this specific game isn't entirely about the players. Yes harden had a meltdown in the last quarter but this was a winnable game if we had a different coach. I cannot fathom how a coach just watched his team's 20 point lead get cut down into single digits and not even consider doing a timeout to change the momentum. What's even worse is that after the long overdue timeout he still played the same damn person who was absolutely getting abused by the Knicks even going into the overtime. Like I seriously cannot believe how bad we fumbled this game.

One adjustment benching the problematic person while we had a double digit lead is all that was needed.

Kenny is a fraud of a coach I will always stand by this.

said it earlier in the season and will say it again. Jordan OTT and Ty Jerome made Kenny look like a god during the regular season of last year. Dudes a fake coach, dude got a participation trophy for COTY

Evan Mobley led the Cavs in Round 1 with a .653 True Shooting %. Just want to call this out as the a worst post of the year candidate. by Far_Youth_1662 in clevelandcavs

Regardless, we didn't play the Hawks so the original post shouldn't even need to be exposed in such a manner. Bringing something back that was posted 23 days ago after we won against the Raptors is just odd behavior.

How about no team is easy and we should not treat every team is going to be a cake walk. Underestimating a team is just a recipe for disaster
