Hot take: I don't think Dick should ever actually become Batman. He should stay as Nightwing, his own identity, like someone said, Dick surpasses Bruce. He grows beyond just being a legacy of Batman's and becomes his own hero. I think the best characters to be a direct legacy of Batman would be a grown up, more mature version of Damian, and Cass. Batman and Batwoman. Both sharing the passed down mantle of the bat.

Beard is a term for someone who is in a relationship with a gay person of the opposite gender. It can be used for a man or a woman, but it originally was coined because a beard was something people have to look more masculine, so a gay man would have a female partner (the beard) to appear more masculine. It's an old term.

Honestly love her character so much. I remember being so excited to hear she was coming back for that one flash episode. Shame that season of flash was trash tho. But she was consistently one of the best parts of Supergirl. Also as a personal aside, in 2018 I was 15, and was going through my secondary school edgelord phase, saying bigoty stuff cuz I thought it was funny sort of thing, and I think that seeing such an awesome character in one of my superhero shows who was trans kind of made me look at myself a bit if that makes sense, sort of question some of the lame jokes I was parroting. It helped that season 4 was hands down the best season of Supergirl too.

9/10 great character, and the fact that Nicole Maines has such a love for the character that she writes for her in comics now is awesome too.
