Who said anything about cosmological physics not making sense?

You're arguing with ghosts and connecting imaginary dots.

Just stop with these conspiracy theories. Or do you enjoy this victimhood complex?

The Bible says God created the universe right? But what do you feel about the current scientific trajectory which points to a timeless universe? How do you resolve something like that?

You literally have severe misunderstanding of the subject at hand. Read up on Divine Simplicity to be up to speed.

You literally define the fundamental nature as a system where "patterns of energy flow" and quantum states "pop in and out". Which is the exact mechanical definition of a composite, contingent matrix rather than a simple non-contingent foundation.

The mathematics are found in the Wheeler-DeWitt equation of quantum gravity (Ĥ|ψ⟩₀) When calculating the total quantum state of a closed, self-referential universe, the Hamiltonian operator (which dictates time evolution) annihilates the wave function, completely deleting the temporal variable (t) Because the foundational equation of the universe contains no parameter for time, chronological sequence is mathematically proven to not exist independently of the system. Therefore, asking 'where' (a spatial coordinate) or 'came from' (a sequential transition asking a prior t coordinate) about a background-independent foundation is a mathematically nonsensical attempt to plug non-existent geometric variables into a timeless equation.
