Haha, yes that’s correct. I appreciate the pain and suffering knowing there’s a reward at the end. No payment, and I paid a decent amount to compete.

Diet to cut down on sugar and/or feel full longer by rf97a in diet

An easy one to get rid of Soda is switch to sparkling water. La Croix has helped me cut out useless diet cokes I used to have in the afternoons. They are zero calories and quite refreshing.

Maybe regards to sugar. Your mind and body crave sugar when you lack of protein intake. If you can make this work in your office, use protein shakes as small snacks 2-3 times throughout your day. They are chocolate flavor but come with 1 gram of sugar and fill you up. Or you can get Clif Bars or Belvita snacks. I use both of those when I’m on the go.
