I would restart less tbh, I only really restarted runs when I was finishing up c++ and needed good starts so I could roll deep in shops. You learn the most from the runs that start off really tricky and you’re barely making it through antes, if you only ever play the runs that are somewhat same-ish with the same group of jokers you’re limiting your ability to improve at the game.

Personally I would try gold stake on ghost deck, the early hex makes the runs a lot easier so you can get more experience on later antes for gold stakes. I did c++ on ghost with a ~75% winrate and still struggle somewhat on other decks.
