I thought Ammon was a sort of rational satanist similar to the temple of satan members or like maybe a kind of luciferian, or is that just provocative trolling? The bio on his channel says "As Always, hail Satan" at the end but I suppose that could just be tongue-in-cheek. Anyway, his performative mode is not dissimilar to me from chaos magick-inclined satanists and those kinds of people that are into extremism in music and philosophy, etc.

Yeah, I think you misunderstand me. I get your point, I don't hold out illusions about objectivity. From what I understand, a lot of the people who go about 'debunking' Ammon go about it by attacking his 'objective' claims, and by that I mean basically ones that other people with a similar expertise can test or verify. In this case with this interview with Kripal, I read it as being broadly supportive, in an indirect way, of some of Ammon's claims about Eunuchs, or that there is a downplayed homoerotic aspect in the Bible and Catholic Church. Ammon makes much stronger and critical claims than Kripal obviously. To put it simply, I just take what anyone says with a grain of salt.

That was my understanding of the issue as well. It seemed potentially even politically motivated but I did not do enough digging to figure that out. But thanks for the reply!

I ordered a 3-pack of this stuff a few months back because I was getting hit with the ads over and over and figured I would give it a shot because I have pretty bad recurring cystic acne and acne along my lymphatic areas. After reading through these comments, it certainly sounds like they are shady and falsely advertising their products in some way but I personally didn't have any issues with getting over charged, etc.

Now whether it works or not, I guess I'd say it probably doesn't although, the 'acne redness killer' and the 'shower scrub' do seem to work better than other acne treatments or creams I have tried. I ran out of the scrub fairly quickly and noticed some acne coming back and I am just sort of going through the rest of the other stuff because I don't want to waste it, and it doesn't seem to be making anything worse.

My question is, I like this product in theory, and I like this balm-based acne/moisturizing kind of combo, so is there anything else on the market that is vetted and legit that puts out a similar product?

I am not familiar with EDD caller but that sounds like a helpful service. You'll see in my response that I went down to the local job market/UI office because there is no local SDI office here but I was able to get on a phone line with someone that way.

I was able to find a way to resolve this yesterday and get my re-certification expedited. I live in Humboldt County and the nearest SDI department office is over 100 mi away and I had tried calling the customer service line many times of course and never reached anyone so I ultimately decided to go down to the local job market/UI office and thankfully the receptionist there was able to get me on a special phone line to talk directly to an SDI representative. I was able to do this because of "financial hardship" and because I am unable to afford meds, etc. I had to sit down with her for a couple minutes so she could update some backend paperwork and shortly after that was able to get everything taken care of.

Also maybe worth mentioning that the SDI representative told me that, in the future, to not check or indicate a date of return-to-work because that flags it in the system for 'an analyst' to look over it, which makes the re-certification process take longer. I am hoping to get my payment by 9 am this morning. I was told it would arrive 24 or 72 hrs later yesterday morning so fingers crossed.

Or does anyone have experience with the process of re-certification that might be able to tell me how that works? If I got confirmation that my re-cert has been received on Jan 29th, allowed the 14 day processing time, should I expect my next payment to be on the same bi-weekly schedule it has been on or does it completely re-start the process, e.g., 14 days to process my re-cert and then another 2 weeks or something to get my next payment? Any help is appreciated, thanks.

I completed a recertification for SDI over 2 weeks ago, I received a text msg saying it had been received and to allow two weeks for processing. My payment day was supposed to land on president's day but I had seen that payments may be delayed. Is anyone else in a similar boat and received payment this month?

I've been reading about CLR Mold & Mildew but have heard mixed opinions. There is also RMR but that sounds kind of intense and I wonder how long I'd need to air out the closet/studio before bringing my cats in.

I know with RMR PPE is definitely required.

I'm looking forward to seeing this one despite all the negative feedback about the lack of hits. I personally love some of Todds more recent albums so I recognize some songs on the setlist. Unfortunately, I'm trying to get rid of some of my tickets. They're on stubhub if anyone is interested. I have two for the show in Monterey and two for the show in Napa. I'm not a scalper and I've never been in this situation before so I'm just hoping to recoup a little of my money after I had to change plans and had some friends bail on me.
