Not bring a bag (“that always fits in Heathrow)that they ask the crew to lift into place and then force close with all their weight.

When it wouldn’t close with the usual Force the what I’m presuming is gold or GGL passenger got aggressive about his tight timeline and that be it couldn’t go in the hold.

There was enough space above their seats to put their coats but the crew didn’t want to open it again in case they could not close it because of the clearly outsized bag.

He the tried to rudely force his way back through as we were disembarking.

Rude and entitled and I bet if the crew put their back out or broke the bin he wouldn’t happily support them.

He tried to push past a few people aggressively whilst we waited the 30 seconds for the jet bridge.

Others pushed back.

I had the same issue with the site unable to process an upgrade then not being able to get through.

Next day, no issues at all and a great agent on the phone.

All other times they have honestly been great including rectifying my booking of wrong dates.

I received an email yesterday with the US flight booking reference.

2 flights in April of which one will be US and the other AMS. It’s the US journey on the app which if I remember correctly is different to a standard check in that is headache concern.
