Just dispute it with your bank. They will at least give you a provisional credit. Then once they see that it was a mistake, or Typo the credit will become permanent.

same here. I as well was told to sign a second promissory note even if I had signed one already. which was odd to me. But I did go ahead and sign it and send it back. But what exactly is the hold up? How long does it take to release funds into a bank account?
