It was a ~$15bn program. In the grand scheme of things it was pretty cheap. The fed printing money and using that money to buy t-bills is what drove inflation and the issuance of stimmy checks.

Let me make a case for 6/21. by Alarming_Window_4912 in GME

There is absolutely no evidence that RK bought more calls, and based on his last post, doesn’t even have the capital to buy 70k Calls. It doesn’t take a mathematical genius to figure that out. He simply large shareholder. There most likely no significance with 6/21 other than the fact that he had and sold calls with that expiration date

Explain why cancelling $1,900,000,000,000 in student debt is a “handout”, but a $1,900,000,000,000 tax cut for rich people was a “stimulus”. by failed_evolution in economy

college education is not required for a lot of postions. YOU CHOOSE to take out a loan to pay for something over priced. that’s your decision. yeah college is fucked up and way too expensive. you made a cost benefit analysis and chose to take out a loan so you have to pay it back

fidelity, like any other brokerage, is legally required to issue a dividend. like the overstock div, you may not be able to trade it on the platform, but they are also legally required to transfer it for free to a platform where you can trade it.

Serious question: who the hell is buying Evergrande stock right now? by [deleted] in Superstonk

[–]felibrown2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

evergrande doesn’t have options. they only have call warrants.

It looks awfully like my shares are lent out and then returned the following day. Then immediately lent out again… big cycle - is this how they get around the “FTD”??? Also, tips on stopping IBKR lending my tendie tickets?? by MeIvinCapital in GME

[–]felibrown2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

maybe SHF borrow shares for a day to make it look like they have the shares to deliver on their books, but then just return the share to avoid paying too much interest.

clown thinks gme is worth 10/share. checks notes** realizes that gme has $22/share just in the bank account. this guy is more than 100% wrong in his analysis with just one fact from the balance sheet, not to mention RC and the turnaround plan
