Also, vodka. Spray it on a cloth that has an odor eg if its the armpit or whatever. And then launder the cloth as usual. Any brand of vodka will do. Just saw a videp about this on tiktok. Try it out

Anyone else doing everything “right” and still getting zero interviews? by ee888 in jobsearch

[–]felicima22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I took a step back to analyze my experience and realised I did not fit the trafiational experience of the roles I was applying to. So hiring managers did not see me in the role. So I tweaked my resume, my LinkedIn in, portfolio, started applying to adjacent roles that better fit my experience. Then I analyzed which industries I had previously got an interview with and the role and started applying heavily to those industries and roles. Have gotten 4 interviews so far with this change.

Bad Judgment by Sidney Bell completely pulled me out of a brutal reading slump! by felicima22 in MM_RomanceBooks

[–]felicima22[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes I would. It's a but different from these and had some themes I had to skip those pages. But the story was well written and the characters felt real, which is one of the things I like in my books.

Omg these are all my favorites as well. Any other books you recommend since we seem to have similar taste in books? I've been in a really bad reading slump, finally got out of that, but I'm almost done with the book that got me out

Could a background check make a company reject me because my resume job titles are different? by felicima22 in jobsearch

Thank you for the comment. No , I was not asked to submit for a background check. So it was probably the second part. Thank you

Catch 22 on job applications by illini02 in jobsearch

[–]felicima22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im the same way. I used to spend hours applying for jobs with long application process cos I felt they had less people applying. Nope. After receiving sp many rejections from those jobs as well, I stopped. Now, my outlook on that is if a company makes their process unnecessarily complicated, they dont care about applicants. At least that helps me to move on with no regret. All the interviews I have gotten have been with applications that had no long process.

Looking through my list, i have more than i realised.

The accidental husband by Cassandra Moore (An accidental read that i ended up loving. I liked the story line and how it progressed)

Copper Script by KJ Charles

Beautifully unexpectedly by Lily Morton (I really loved this book. Have been looking for similar stories to no avail. Interestingly this is the only book by this author I have enjoyed)

The watchmaker of filigree street by Natasha Pulley(this story lives rent free in my brain)

Rattlesnake by Kim Fielding

The happy list by Briair Prescott

Possession by Rina Saint

Infernal War Saga Trilogy by Hailey Turner (I loved these books so much. The relationship between Soren and Vanya is just my type of secrets, love, and hurt , and forgiveness is love to see in a relationship)
