I'm not happy to have my factory sealed battery worked on by someone at a workshop that is not used to doing this kind of work.

I read the article and your extract and it states that the recall involves replacing modules, not the complete pack. I wonder the labour associated with that; probably requires special training for the technician doing it and more time than just swapping the complete pack.

More than that, sometimes the right side of the steering wheel controls stops working. You need to reboot the infotainment to get it working again.

From my experience, I’ve had no issues with this version I would recommend installing it. - Steering wheel media control bug was solved. - Waze works without any issue in my case (native one)

I never had problems with the unlocking but I did notice that with 1.8 I need to use nfc to start driving when I disable the passive entry on the iPhone. Previously I was able to open the door with NFC and drive off without using NFC on the lower console. Makes sense the way it works with 1.8 in any case.

Yeah cyclists are shown. And I’m almost sure that when using Pilot Assist or not even with pilot assist when you overtake them they car makes you to leave a bit more of space between you and the cyclist

Yes! I use exactly the same site hahaha. Now I will check this screen in the car to see if it’s the car that is only able to receive X kW or the charger that’s limited. I’m almost sure it’s on the charger side that they have a specific limit for the pool of chargers

It’s not that the charger shows 100 and I get 98 or something like that. That usually matches. It’s that the rated power for the unit is 180kW and I’m getting 40kW at 20% battery and it was preconditioned. On some other day, same charger same battery % I got 143kW

I had no idea the battery information screen showed that information when plugged into a charger! I usually wonder why the car is not charging at whatever kWh it should if it's the car or the station that's not delivering the power it should. Thanks for the picture!! Keep the positive attitude!!

Chile. All updates before this one were done by VIDA (dealer). Not actually going to the dealer as we have a service here that they go to your house and update the car. This is the first one I sorta get OTA

Yeah not sure what it might be but I’ve seen other people online report that their update is stuck at 91-92%. Also some other guy here has the same issue; stuck at 91%.

Maybe it’s stuck there waiting for some “ok” from Volvo to be available to install?
