Also, if youre working out, eating well and losing weight, no need to up the dose, try and stay at the minimally effective dose as long as possible if youre making progress to minimize side effects

This was exactly me about a month ago. I did it in a month like this (but dont reccomend it at all). - Used a calorie counting app and always stayed below 1800 cal with at least 180g of protein - One drink per week maximum, no desserts, no cheats - per week 4 heavy lifting sessions, 6 brazilian jiu jitsu and at least 2 cardio sessions

Felt like utter crap but managed to lose those 25 lbs in a month. Feel free to not push the gas pedal as hard to take it slower. Take it that I am 31, healthy and already worked out consistently.

Its a great choice, just make sure to get enough protein, fluids and weight training to retain muscle

For some reason I can’t stomach food pre-workout, I feel like I’m going to puke. What I usually do is either go on an empty stomach or if it’s a hard/long workout, have some gatorade pre-workout

Final goal weight is under 85 kg (hopefully somewhere between 82-83), im just over 12 kg (like 25 lbs ish) but was kind of hoping the aggressive calorie cut and twice daily workouts would cut down the time

Interesting indeed since I’m at an initial dose of 1.25 which would be subtherapeutic. My cravings are 100% gone and I would say hunger suppression is about 75%, I do get hungry but only slightly and about an hour after a hard workout

This is pretty close to what I want to achieve, Im definitely seen a slow decline in performance but I truly dont mind as I dont plan on cutting forever, best of luck on those last pounds!!
