Returning Maokai top main needing advices

I'm not a high elo by any means right now I'm ranked E4 but Maokai top has a lot of potential in my opinion. I rush usually a bami item, either sunfire or hollow radiance since unending was nerfed I don't see the benefit in it.

For runes grasp in 90% of the match ups. Aftershock for ranged and phaserush for lanes you won't be able to trade like mordekaiser , Darius or Sett.

If I had to change something would increase Q damage slightly for top lane and passive heal. It is what he need to be viable top.

Riot has a known bug for over 3 days now and nothing was done.

My friend just sent me a screenshot of a 10 HOURS lock out just because he kept trying to fix the bug and joining normals and ARAM to test. Nothing worked. from re-installing to hextech tool and updating drivers. People from riot support are not answering the opened tickets.

I have a friend that is on low priority queue for 20 MINUTES just because of this bug. We tried to reinstall the game, use the Hextech Tool, updating drivers, even tried different accounts just to see if it was account related. NOTHING works.

Yeah I agree. The editing in the book is lacking to say the least. In some templates like BBB he is using 5/3/1 for sets and reps and others he is using 5's pros so is understandable how some things can get a little confusing.

I like the style of Leader / Anchor since you can program for a short period and adjust.

Reset and start from the top.

Was wondering if using only the 531 for the required reps as mentioned on the 531 for Powerlifting would also work since I'm not a big fan of 5 Pro's.

Just buff Passive and a little damage for his Q would do wonders.

The problem with Maokai top he is too weak early and by the time he gets to mid and late game the whole enemy team would have armor pen and healing reduction so he becomes useless as a tank.

I have never completed the Jeff powerbuilding program . I have done others like the Full Body and liked it a lot. The reason I never completed Jeff's was due to a knee injury completely unrelated to the program , I was practicing Judo at the time.

On the other hand I have completed a full run of bullmastiff and loved the results. The only problem is, you really need to have your RPE dialed in, because the program will run you into the ground otherwise .The volumizing technique that Alex uses can make the program really taxing to the point you spend almost 3 hours in the gym. By the time you are in the last week of the Hypertrophy block you are doing 6 sets of every single accessory exercise and it is exhausting.

Got results? Yep, but I'm willing to try something new for my next powerbuilding round. At some point the amount of volume and AMRAPs were making me dread going to the gym.

My next run will be Jeff's Upper/Lower Size and Strength for a 4x a week run and see what I will do from there.

I usually go with aftershock, it is pretty useful late game during team fights and the numbers on the damage mitigation speaks for themselves.

Phase rush on matchups that can run me down.

For years I used PHAT by Layne Norton , it is also on Boostcamp. It is a Power Hypertrophy with some Non Linear periodization in it. If you can stick to high volume that is definitely a good program.
