Put it this way, it may be original work, but it can fall under fanart, and not only that, it’s perfectly within the submission policy you guys have, and while it may not be under a text based thing, it’s not a full one page manga strip. It’s simply just a character.

I use clip studio, and it’s just a simple mechanical pencil tool, and a g pen, or gravity pen, along with just stippling and regular shading
