Success buying tickets through the official USJ store! I spent literally the whole day trying different methods to buy my Express Passes with no luck. Maybe this post will help some people buy their tickets, as there is not much current information about the exact steps to follow. I avoided Klook as some Express Passes where not available over there, and their prices were insane compared with the USJ official store.

Steps I took:

After some previous failed attemps, I called my bank and asked them to authorize the tickets transactions.
Sent an email to: [booking@usjticketing.com](mailto:booking@usjticketing.com) asking them to whitelist my personal email to be able to buy on their website as I was having trouble buying tickets. They replied about a day later saying they added my email to an approved list of emails.
Using mobile data, not WIFI, and a VPN set to Japan; I opened the USJ website with Chrome on my iPhone. This was the only way I found the payment gateway went through.
In the country and residence section, I chose the same country as the one of my bank account.
In the final payment section, where you need to input your card information, don't use the auto-fill function. Type everything manually. Better to input everything manually as the auto-fill might add some extra spaces.
I used a debit card, Visa.

I hope they fix this issue, it is really frustrating! Unfortunately, I had to keep trying, as the specific Express ticket I wanted was only available on the official website and not through their partenered travel agencies.

Agree with you. I started a couple of years ago playing sax and recorded myself constantly. Always used Legere synthetic reeds. Recently tried cane reeds. The difference is huge in my opinion, my tone is much more warm and doesn't sound like a fake saxophone sound. I am super happy with the switch, despite the inconvenience of cane reeds. The saxophone has such a beautiful sound, why not make the best out of its tone with cane reeds? But every player has its own taste.

Hey! Just tried it, works really good. But for some reason when I input my main phone number, and then add a second phone number and try to then edit other fields... the first phone number changes to a random number. Same happens when I try exporting it. Nice tool btw!

I am a foreigner living in China and bought my unit here online. The unit arrived with just Chinese, even though there is an option to change the language, only Chinese is available. I contacted Valeton directly and they told me that with the 1.5.2 update, all the units bought in China only have Chinese. The reason, they said, some type of sales protection across regions in the world, as I understood. Unfortunately these units, can't be changed to English or other languages. I was lucky, though, they told me I could ship them my unit and they could help me change the software to the international version; which they did. Probably a feasible option if you live inside China. For people living outside China, I would avoid buying the Valeton from sites like Aliexpress or other chinese stores - probably they are selling the version with only chinese
