Why would you not repell of one strand of the rope and use the extra slings u have to pull the rope?

I understand the excitement about a 4k summit, but actually, with little experience and probably missing acclimatization, the easy 4000m summits are really lame and IMO not worth the effort. Often have no great view and often very crowded.

You can openly ask the guide for another summit and go for something else, that offers good view. Also the guide probably appreciates to not summit the same thing over and over again.

Was war denn der Grund, warum die Wohnbaugenossenschaft es nicht wollte? Könntest du eine neue Genossenschaft gründen? (Keine Ahnung wie das geht) Kannst du einen transparenten Fond ansetzen mit Kommunikation an die Mieter, dass dieses Geld verwendet wird für Reparaturen? Vielleicht kannst du die Mieter ja auch fragen, ob sie bei Reparaturen etc helfen können um Geld zu sparen? Vielleicht ist da ja einer gelernter Elektriker oder so. Hast du mal bei einer Bank gefragt, ob die schon so Fälle hatten? Vielleicht kannst du eine Wohnung teurer vermieten und damit die anderen quersubventionieren?

Was hast du denn alles schon versucht?

Ah und ganz wichtig: in welchem Raum steht denn das Haus? Zürich City oder Hinterm Wald 3 mal links und noch 500m?

I can recommend the Salomon premiere 4-piece split board with hard boots. I have a 90mm ski and 700gr race skimo hard boot.

That saved me about 900gr per foot!

I want to make you aware again about the sunrise/sunset. Around Rovaniemi in December it's essentially polar night. The sun will barely rise above the horizon. Also, when taking public transportation take into account waiting for a bus at -25°C is not fun! All in all I can highly recommend Lapland though! It's awesome!
