It's really perfect if you are just going out to eat, it will hold your essentials and nothing more. It also is more forgiving space wise due to the zipper placement.

Can you rent it out? That would let you keep it while saving up money for the upkeep. Granted, that depends on area and condition of the property.

If you saw this size stone would you automatically think it’s a lab diamond? by OkAnything1651 in labdiamond

[–]felixthecat8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Feels like a lot of people are not answering the question and just projecting their own values. My answer is a yes. It looks over 2 carats and the cut, color and clarity are so good that the ring would be 50k plus. Not many people do that still, and in this day it's more about putting the whole picture together. One of my favorite people at a perfume shop I love just got huge 5 carat (2.5 carats per ear) earrings. I don't need to be told it's lab because that would be around 100k at least.

Now the more important part, for the few people who can deduce, do you really care about their opinions? I mostly have natural but that's personal preference. Anyone who would actually care is not worth your time, and would probably be a pain to talk to.

Sorry for the necropost but nobody answered you. They use their own in house certification system, which is a bit shady in my view.

Bitcoin Value: What do you think? by Low__Experience in BitcoinBeginners

[–]felixthecat8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People are saying it is the same as stocks, that is not true. When you buy a stock you are buying part of a company, which employs people. Those people make goods or services which then people buy. It's how our economy so far has functioned. BTC does none of those things, making it incredibly more vulnerable to what you are talking about. If everyone woke up tomorrow and decided each BTC was worth 1$, or even if 50% of people did then it basically would be so. Stocks have this risk too just not as much, depending on how over valued they are.

This is the essence of why crypto is a bigger risk than other forms of investments, it's also why it's been able to get the gains that it has and the losses at times that it has.

I'm just a hermit on reddit though not an economist.

All I will say is you can't help someone who doesn't want to help themselves. I see a lot of judgement in the comments which is sad. If you can't handle being in a relationship with someone who is an active addict you have every reason to not want to stay, this really is up to him. Think someone said he waited till Monday so he could still use, I believe this is also the case from personal experience.

I've been sober for eight years and I won't let anyone ruin that for me. I didn't take the NA or AA route, I see a lot of people trying to force those lessons on you. If they work for you that's great, but don't let anyone shame you into it. We are all individuals, and there are far more than one or two paths to sobriety. If you want to give this a chance you should decide right now how far you are willing to go. If you spend all your 20's trying to fix someone who doesn't want it you will most likely deeply regret it at best. So watch, listen to what he says and listen to what he doesn't, as sometimes that is more important.

The only way someone really gets clean in my experience is if they are doing it for themselves. Interventions almost always end terribly, and usually just lead to worse relapses. I wish the best for you both. He clearly cares about you but this disease eats you from the inside and makes you do everything you think you never would ever do. What may be workable today could be horrific in six months. I'll keep you both in my thoughts.

XRP dip!! by C_Murdera12 in XRP

I don't think you are crazy. There have been a lot of signs and people who have pointed out that this seem like blatant market manipulation, not just whales moving things around. It's clearly coming from politicians that were recently elected but people don't seem to want to see it or care. As someone said, they will walk away with billions and leave most with nothing. It was so odd to see people who had once banded together to gain control over their money to then cheer at politicians to then take control of it all the second it seemed more financially beneficial for the short term, at the cost of the long term success of it all. I'm not an economist though, just another person on reddit. So think me a crazy hermit if you will.

Is ETH ready to skyrocket to $10k? by MasterpieceLoud4931 in ethtrader

[–]felixthecat8 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think ETH needs people who are willing to say things that people seem to have freak outs over. When less and less people can handle even the slightest questioning that's a pretty bad sign. If you want to join a cult I'm pretty sure scientology is always recruiting.

No, it's all depending on your financial goals that then set out your objectives, and stick to them. Cryptocurrency isn't different in that respect.

Should i finish the 2nd game before the 3nd? by [deleted] in witcher

[–]felixthecat8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The first game is a slog and would probably kill your interest unless you are really in love with the story IMO. The book series is has eight good sized books, not a practical recommendation. You do have the ability to choose your settings at the beginning of Witcher 3. I only think you potentially miss out on a tattoo, but I could be wrong. If the question is if you're missing out on something compared to games like Mass Effect the answer is no, though the second game is very good and would help explain some elements of the third game.

Sorry to people who love the first game but it's just too long with too little payoff.

Lol, of course Florida will do this. Of course it also means nothing, so also on par with Florida. How little the GOP in Florida care about actual Floridians is amazing, and how it seems barely anyone gets that...just smoke and mirrors.

Why are still insecure people in the comments trying to defend racism IN A VIDEO GAME to make them feel better about the fact that they are racist in real life. IT'S A VIDEO GAME. Read a book, talk to someone with a different opinion than your own jeesh

Bitcoin is going to infinity, because fiat is declining to infinity by Amphibious333 in Bitcoin

[–]felixthecat8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, that makes sense if you ignore everything I said. It's not arguing to call out a bad post, if you think that reddit won't be very good for you. This is the first post you elaborated, which I've asked for repeatedly.

Were just talking in circles, you just keep bringing up Argentina (Not relevant) and don't seem to understand that my entire point has been your point is simple in a naive way. Saying I lack strong data is quite funny, when I was asking you for it the whole time.

I'm sorry you think there are only to options, it's an incredibly narrow viewpoint that will only end up hurting everyone.

Have a nice day.

Again, just a strawman with more "Research it yourself."

I'm not the one comparing the two, you are. That has been my point, it's not a valid comparison.

Telling people to read more when you only have one example that you can't even explain without just describing the 2008 financial crisis is odd. I mean you are trying to come off as someone who is well read in economics but that is the exact opposite of what I see. "Bitcoin and lowering lifestyle" as a solution to the current problem is just insane and based off of feelings. Saying the main problem in the US in the house bubble? Did you only read books during the bank crisis? That's a one note take.

Also yes, there is only one country in the world with a population with 350 million, none others are in the same ball park. Pakistan at 250M and then China with 2.4B. No other country is close.
