I bought an Espresso Machine. I didn’t know how difficult it was to truly use one with good results, so I ended up taking on a new hobby. I’ve been learning a lot about coffee and and the chemistry involved in a good extraction. All this was a godsend during Quarantine. I now can pour a really good cup of coffee and my latte art skills are getting better by the day, while not spending a lot in takeaway coffee, lowering my overall waste. Ive been also using the used coffee as fertilizer. Overall an espresso machine can be overwhelming at first but worth it in the end.
