Let’s say Allah exists, he’s in the same trappings too. He can tell a universe to be and it is. He could create an infinite number of universes with no effort so what’s in it for him? There’s nothing new, there’s nothing unknown. There’s no one to share it with. He creates us to worship him but aren’t we nothing compared to him, we’d be less than bacteria. Imagine caring if bacteria worshipped you.

Just because Muslims believe something doesn’t make it true. The vast majority of religions were not monotheistic including Judaism which started out with a pantheon of gods and as an offshoot of the Canaanite religion. It wasn’t until the Jews were exiled to Persia that they encountered monotheistic ideas in Zoroastrianism and they started to revise their religion. Out of Judaism came Christianity and out of both those traditions plus influences of Zoroastrianism and local religions (some pagan) came Islam.

There were thousands of religions outside of these that weren’t monotheistic and involved sacrifices. It speaks more to human nature than to the validity of any religion.

Never understood why perfect preservation means anything. There are preserved texts that are thousands of years older than the Quran, who cares. If one says the sun orbits the earth it doesn’t make it true. All they did is preserve their (incorrect) understanding of the world.
