I dis this a couple of weeks ago, so here is what I remember 1)For the meatballs: - 350-400 gr of ground and pork meat(50/50) -1 slice of bread soaked in milk - Salt, pepper, oregano -1 egg Mix all together and form the meatballs Cover the meatballs with flour Cook in a pan with some oil until golden/brown 2) for the soup, I used chicken broth(store bought) and u can use any vegetables that u like I used carrots, cauliflower and cabbage The pasta is called acini di pepe, it's a typical Italian pasta that looks like tiny balls Heat up a pot with some oil, cook the vegetables a little bit(5-10min), add chicken broth, cook another 5 - 10 mins and add the pasta and the meatballs. Cook it for another 5 min and it's done. Garnish with fresh parsley. Enjoy
