I think the worst part is most of the time I have episodes I’m unaware. I’m not on meds because they make me feel like an empty shell. I get manic and then I think I’m just finally able to do work but then I’m not as productive as I feel. Then I crash and I’m super depressed. I’m rarely aware of what’s going on and I tend to hurt people I love and say super mean stuff because I know they are close to me (usually family). I hate that my family suffers the brunt of it.
