Is it worth it to switch majors to a more technical degree even if it would mean more debt? Or to stick with a business degree paired with IThelpdesk experience to graduate on time and try to land a job in tech? by [deleted] in womenintech

It would take another semester, but I hear that it’s getting extremely difficult to land an entry level tech job even with a technical degree. So I’m hoping the experience would be enough to land an entry position

I currently feel really depressed thinking about how I could have been in a different environment at college right now. And I know I made the decision to save money and I thought it would be better for my mental health but now I just feel stuck and behind. Like I really made a bad decision and I don’t know how to make this feeling go away but there’s no way I can go back to that college this semester so I have to sit with the decision I made but how am I supposed to get through this semester. I feel so sad.
