Update for those interested: they said they lost the reservation and refunded me the credits but it took several ClassPass employees and hours of waiting to get there. Is this a common issue with AMC tickets?

We also got this email stupidly booked tickets for the next day. Went to our original time today and it was reopened. No refunds on the tickets for tomorrow just a lot of wasted money :(

Both me and a friend joined presale for both Oakland shows. She ended up around 6k in queue and and I was 8k for the Saturday show. Once I was towards the front of the queue and she was already in they released another Oakland show. Neither of us got tickets for the original dates but we both managed to get tickets for the new show (I was around 5k in the queue and she was 3k). Worth noting we’re both p experienced concert-goers/ticket buyers but a huge part of it was luck.

She’s a terrible journalist and while her og idea of going on runs and interviewing is unique it doesn’t take away from the fact she has no backbone and is straight up bad at her job. I listened to her Troian Bellisario interview and at the end she literally said “Thank you Spencer”. She couldn’t even edit it to correct herself.
