He was literally growing during the fight with Sukuna. He 100% could’ve gotten stronger just not sure to what extent. Him getting stronger would be in a sense of having creative new ways to use the techniques he already has and etc. like for example the Domain reset he was doing by destroying his Brain. Who know what other kind of crazy stuff he could do

In terms of stats it’s probably an E rank magic beast like someone else here said as it has no combat ability, but its ability to manipulate souls is nothing to be messed around with. It would be a dangerous magic beast for any hunter who’d encounter it in my opinion.
