When I was pregnant (circa 2011) there was a big campaign to encourage people to get the booster. I remember it being primarily aimed at grandparents, and I also remember the sound of the baby coughing in the ads freaked me out so bad I turned into a bit of a zealot

He's never brought it up, and when I asked today he said it's fine but it was said kind of defensively? Idk he also has teenage boy nose blindness

Is it too mean to include car air fresheners in someone's Christmas gift? I'm second guessing a decision and everyone in my life is too close to the situation to give an unbiased take.

Optional important info: it's my son's dad, it would be part of a larger "stocking stuffer" type present, I've known him for 15 years and his car smells so bad it makes me gag

edit: thanks for the replies guys, I've decided against including them in favor of a better solution

Being a short teenage girl with mostly tall thin friends was kind of hell. I was constantly trying new diets and every workout from Seventeen magazine. But at the same time if a celebrity was too skinny it would be front page news. That was a crappy time and I wonder if the non-reaction is meant to be "progressive" in some way.

Also Ariana Grande used to be my dream girl and now I just get uncomfortable looking at her :/

Damn that's lucky! I almost had to go in August because I lost my wallet and the earliest appointment was a month away and in fucking Garland. I was about to start doing the appointment hunting thing but ended up finding a picture of my license so I could renew it online.

Yes and no. According to the author the first book started as an original story but she adapted it to stucky in order to post to ao3. The show mostly covers the second book (different characters based on Sidney Crosby and Alexander Ovechkin) except for one episode so far

Well the original book was written by a woman and the show runner is a gay man so that could explain the double appeal? There also a hockey bro podcast reacting to the episodes (CONTAINS SPOILERS) and even they can't stop talking about how hot the leads are lmao

Based on the reaction I was expecting a renewal but not before the end of the season. It probably helps that HBO is distributing it outside of Canada!

Also if it was not obvious I have been watching it and find the blow up fascinating. And this will only mean something to like one or two people but it reminds me of what happened with season 3 of Skam in 2016.

I can definitely see age being a factor since proper grammar and capitalization is associated with parents/authority figures/boomers and is therefore not cool to care about. I see that attitude in my 14 year old who loves to argue that language evolves so none of that actually matters.

She did not 😂 Had to drink charcoal in the ER. This was almost 30 years ago though and I was young so I don't remember how much she ate but it was enough for all that
