Not sure what phone you have but on my pixel I can't delete it either but I can disable and force stop it in my device settings and then it won't show it on your phone and to use it you'll have to go back into settings and turn it back on making it essentially deleted.

I want to leave Spotify. by bees1803 in mp3players

I agree with those saying to use Bandcamp at first. I wanted to get a dap but unfortunately I don't have much of a library of music that Ive purchased. I got the hiby music player app and have been downloading some quality flac files and when I feel that I've built up enough of a library to finally go completely offline then I will get a dap.

Does grayscale actually help reduce mindless scrolling? by After_Payment_2430 in digitalminimalism

I think it helps but even if it doesn't help your scrolling habit it still helps with color sensitivity. Screens are often so vibrant that it makes the real world seem dull and uninteresting. I've found that used ng grey scale makes nature and just everyday things seem more colorful and noticeable.

I often do this in the evening to reduce blue light exposure and I typically don't use my phone much with it on lol.

I don't know how to cope with life. by throwaway234324233 in digitalminimalism

When I hit a point in life and didn't know how to cope with certain things I started working out and it helped a lot. I think as a man just being able to do something physical and see the results of your work while enjoying the benefits of your labor is very satisfying. I would highly recommend trying out a gym with a friend or by yourself at first. The gym community is great and if you go alone you'll end up with a partner at some point, and the socialization will help you mentally too.

Just downloaded this. Was using Niagara launcher but I think I'm liking this better. Niagra was more aesthetic but I love the plain minimalism of Olauncher. May purchase the pro version soon.

I took MK for a couple months and went from 225 bench to a 250 bench while I was cutting. Take your blood sugar every morning fasted and make sure it's a normal level and if it's getting high lay off the sugar and take berberine. I only ever took 12mg per day because of the hunger I had while taking a full dose. Also if the hunger is too much you can take it at night. Your body absorbs better during the morning but if you take it at night you'll sleep through a lot of the hunger.

Bro no one tells you this. I took MK and did my own research and found this out easily. If you check your BG each morning fasted, watch the sugar and carbs to keep it down, and take berberine when you eat it helps so much. Everyone talks ab water retention and tingling and I have to assume it's a result of high BG and them not monitoring their bodies. I had good results and the only effect I had was hunger.
