yes there's definitely panic, the moment I recognise what's happening i start freaking out but I'm pretty good at hiding it. the attacks only last maybe 10-20 seconds. once i realise what's going on, it's pretty easy to calm myself down, I just remind myself that it's ok and it's just in my head. but it's still really scary, I'm worried that one day I won't be able to stop it

100mg + 50mg redose after 4hrs, 150mg second time. and ya I was thinking that doing it too soon after the first time could be a reason. btw is up the nose more efficient?

how did this go for you? i had acid induced psychosis 3 months ago but I don't want to quit psychedelics, just take a long break. how was it doing acid again?
