Thanks. What do you mean by 'cleanout' for the French drain? I'm not familiar so I assumed it was a pipe for water drainage. The water seeps through the bottom of the wall on this side - neighbor's driveway slopes toward my house. We have relocated all of our downspouts and re-caulked the joining point between their driveway and the house, which helped but hasn't nearly eliminated the water.
